What to Bring

  • bring snacks if you would like, we will have bins with names on them. DO NOT BRING ANYTHING CONTAINING PEANUTS OR PEANUT BUTTER.

  • flashlight, for nighttime wandering in areas that may not be well lit.

  • a watch/phone, this will help you keep up with the different activities and workshops as well as mandatory group check ins. an alarm clock is also recommended if you are a heavy sleeper.

  • water bottle, extremely necessary, be sure to label your bottle with your name.

  • plenty of t-shirts and shorts for the week, as well as a pair of pants for night time, it's summer but it could be chilly at night.

  • shoes & socks for hiking and outdoor activities

  • swimsuit

  • pool towel

  • sandals for walking

  • shower sandals

  • sunhat and sunglasses

  • towels and wash cloths (bring 2 of each)

  • light jacket and rain coat if desired

  • daypack for hikes and outings

  • sleeping bag (or bring sheets and blankets) and pillow

  • toiletries such as: shampoo, soap, razors, toothpaste/toothbrush, hairbrush/comb, lip balm, etc.

  • medications in original prescription bottle and clearly labeled to be given to Camp Medic, these must also be noted on your camper health form.

  • insect repellent

  • sunscreen

  • personal sanitizer in gel or wipe form

  • pens/pencils

  • notebook, sketchpad or journal

  • camera

  • supplies for your workshop (if hosting one)

  • supplies for workshops you want to attend if they’ve been announced ahead of time saying to bring something specific

  • There isn't a great signal at camp but you can bring your phone and try it (most campers just use their phones for pictures, music or for an alarm clock and/or watch).

  • games to share

  • musical instruments (labeled with your name)

  • ear plugs and/or sleeping masks, especially if you are a light sleeper

  • if you'd like to participate in the talent show bring any items you will need

  • there is usually a workshop that involves fun things with shirts or bandannas, cloth bags, or other cloth things. so it's a good idea to bring a white shirt, blank canvas bag, white hankies/bandannas...anything you might want to dye, print on, sharpie, alter, etc. just in case!

DO NOT BRING: Pocket or other types of knives or any weapons. We will add to this list as needed. Please refer to the Camp Policies page for further info.
